The applicant must share a legitimate and genuine marriage or engaged relationship with the sponsor.  The evidence such as marriage invitation printed card with a specified date, venue and bride/ groom personal details should be submitted to the Australian immigration department. The applicant couple must have lived together at least for 12 months in 10 years of duration.
